Thank you for showing an interest in PWT's chat system. We have two different options which you can choose from when it comes to live chatting with PWT members and staff.
The first, and also the preferred way, is to use an irc client. Some good alternatives are mIRC and XChat. There are plenty to choos from though, so you should make your own choice.
To use a standalone irc client, the information you need to connect to PWT is:
Server: irc.pwtorrents.net. If you have an irc client installed, click here to join the main channel!
Port: 6667 (standard) / 6697 (SSL-encrypted)
Main channel: #pwtorrents (regular forum and site rules apply. Spoiler free channel. In order to be able to chat you MUST use your site username as nick.)

Help: #pwthelp
You can also use our web based irc chat, delivered by the good folks at Mibbit. The same rules apply, but the Mibbit chat widget will connect you to the irc server and will then join you to the main channel. The same as above applies. You MUST use your site username in order to chat in the main channel. The username is already filled in when you open the Mibbit chat widget, so it's easy :)
In order to join any of the other channels mentioned above, once you are connected and have joined the main room, simply type one of the following commands, without the ":
"/join #pwtspoilers"
"Join #pwthelp"
To use the chat widget, click here! (Until further notice the Mibbit chat is disabled) The chat will open in a new window/tab so that you can continue to browse the site while chatting!
